Program Overview

The smart respiratory monitoring belt is a soft and comfortable wearable product developed for monitoring human respiratory health. It consists of two parts: a flexible sensor and a control box. The flexible sensor is made of skin-friendly/highly flexible elastic fabric, functional materials, and organic polymer materials, which can accurately identify and capture minute tensile deformations, converting the mechanical vibrations of the chest/abdomen during breathing into changes in the sensor's electrical data. The control box collects the capacitance data captured by the sensor, processes it, and then wirelessly transmits it to a mobile APP (or computer host) via Bluetooth, enabling real-time monitoring and analysis of subtle changes in human respiration.

Using high-flexibility materials such as fabric and TPU as the base material for the respiratory belt, it is soft and skin-friendly, providing a non-restrictive fit. With high-sensitivity stretch sensing, it is suitable for people of different ages, weights, and waist sizes. It can withstand millions of stretch cycles without fatigue and supports disinfection with alcohol spray (500 times) and high-temperature sterilization (121°C). The visualization of respiratory waveforms and frequency allows for integrated respiratory monitoring and training. It supports the development and customization of multiple sizes and specifications, and provides a communication protocol for customers to develop software for secondary applications.
